Our clocks are top quality, but we understand that sometimes you just aren't happy with a purchase.
At
Curious Clocks, you can return any item for any reason for a full
refund within 30 days of receipt.
In order to receive a refund you must
email us at: servicerequest@curiousclocks.com within 30 days of receipt
of the clock for a return authorization.
- Returns received without a return authorization beyond the 30 day window will not be refunded.
- Returns must be in new condition, with ALL ORIGINAL materials and packaging.
- Charges for shipping the return are the responsibility of the customer.
Refunds
will not be issued for returns that are determined, upon our receipt,
to be in an unsalable (not new) condition (damaged, soiled, missing
parts etc).
Returns received without prior
authorization (return authorization) or determined to be in an unsalable
(not new) condition can be returned to you for a $30 shipping and
handling fee.
